All new guests require to book a consultation and fill out the New Guest Form. We do require all new guests to pay a non-refundable deposit for extensions & color services. The deposit does got towards your service amount total the day of your appointment.
CARD ON FILE
All appointments require a card to be on file and in the case a card is not on file by the date of confirmation of appointment, the appointment will be cancelled.
All appointments require a 48 hr notice if they need to be rescheduled or cancelled. If an appointment is a No Show/Cancelled without a 48 hr notice, a $100 cancellation fee will be applied.
A 15 min grace period is given if arriving late to an appointment. After the 15 min grace, the appointment will be cancelled and a $100 cancellation fee will be applied.
No extra guests are allowed. No children are allowed unless they are being serviced.
any bowl of lightener, color, or lowlight is an additional $25 per bowl per 2 oz
